Confirming type of graphics card in your PC

1. Start ->Run -> and type "dxdiag" -> Click Okay
2. The DirectX diagnostic window will open
3. Click on Display ->confirm card name, manufacturer and chip type

Removing or rolling back graphics card driver in your PC

1. If the graphics card driver is listed on add/remove program section in Control panel.
    - NVIDIA : "NVIDIA Drivers" -> Edit/ Remove
    - ATi : "ATi-software uninstall utility" ->Edit/ Remove

2. If the graphics card driver is not listed on add/remove program section in control panel.
    - ATi : C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\UninstallAll\AtiCimUn.exe
       Run the program to remove the driver

Updating a graphics card driver

1. Visit the manufacturer's driver support web page
2. Choose the appropriate driver for Windows
3. Run the downloaded file.
4. If the file does not install automatically, search and run the relevant file listed below
    - NVIDIA : C:\NVIDIA\Win2KXP\77.77\setup.exe
    - ATi : C:\ATI\SUPPORT\5-11_xp-2k_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_27345\setup.exe
